My experience at kw:
I started my experience at kw in 2019 as a Team Leader of KW Alfa Porto. At the end of 2020, we open a second market center in Braga, and I offered to move to Braga to Grow the MC and support the core group. In 2021, I had to go back to Porto. Since the team leader position was already filled, I embraced the challenge of being an MCA. I went to MCA for about 10 months, and in the meanwhile, in 2022, came the opportunity to be a PC, which I readily accepted.
My experience before KW:
I worked about 23 years at ANJE - National Association for Young Entrepreneurs
In 1997, I joined the first young entrepreneur’s support movement, pioneered and launched by ANJE. I also joined the first scaleup support program, pioneered and launched by ANJE in 2017. I was the coordinator of several strategic projects in entrepreneurship promotion, but also support technology-based projects. I also have responsibilities in the creative industries promotion. I coordinate The '' flag'' program called the entrepreneur’s academy That organizes several initiatives with the highlighting is The entrepreneur fair, The young entrepreneur prize, Road-show, and the national ideas competition among others. I regularly participated in Evaluation panels of high-potential projects, such as Financial Program and Entrepreneur Passport among others. I have a regular intervention as a conference speaker, workshops, and similar events about creativity, innovation, ideas acceleration, and Self-employment.
