Hello, my name is Bryan Briggs. Thank you for viewing my Keller Williams biography. I lead a team of passionate and consummate real estate professionals that can help you purchase, sell or lease real estate in Portugal. Our team is built on dedication, communication and transparency; and we offer full-service concierge level services that leave no detail unnoticed. I have 30+ years of experience in the California real estate industry; 15 of those years as a licensed broker leading a boutique firm. In that time, I assisted both public and private entities with transactions involving mid-sized hotels (90-150 rooms), commercial property being developed for healthcare facilities, property being developed for both regional and neighborhood commercial projects (3-acres to 25-acres), multi-family residential projects (100-175 units) and single-family residences. My formal training includes a Juris-Doctorate degree from Santa Clara University, specializing in real estate sales and development, a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Regional Development from California State University-San Jose, and I have completed the coursework for the professional accreditation by the International Economic Development Council. In addition to the professional and educational experience I have described above, I have lived through the process of emigrating from the United States to Europe. As a result, I can draw from my personal experiences and it is very likely that I have gone through just what you are going through. This experience has allowed me to develop contacts in the wider real estate community, the lending community if you need a mortgage and all the ancillary services needed, including building inspectors and attorneys.
