Prior to joining KW, during 2 years, he was the Transfers and Exchange Director at NovaCâmbios in Sweden where he built and implemented the exchange process nationwide. He went on to pioneer and run the trades and exchanges department across International territories in Europe and Africa (Namibia). Additionally, in banking, Sena worked at Banco Santander (13 years), Fortisbank (4 years) and BNP Paribas (4 years), as a senior account manager in the commercial and corporate banking sector working with large, mid-cap, and small corporations. At Banco Santander, he was responsible for bringing on clients and running efficient operations, which resulted in award-winning partnerships and, also, was responsible for leading teams in several branches. Prior to working in the banking industry, Sena was a financial auditor at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) where started is professional career. Regarding University studies were focused in Business Administration and Management at ISEG - Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (LISBON) and fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese (mother tongue) and French.
