I am Jair Alves, a Brazilian, graduated in Law from Universidade Estácio de Sá, Petrópolis/RJ. I worked for several years in business consulting. In April 2019, I moved to Portugal and took on the challenge of learning about the real estate market. I am currently a buyer's agent in the Core Team, which belongs to Grupo Alfa in Porto, a Keller Williams company, considered the number one real estate agency in the United States and with a significant international presence, operating in more than 50 countries with thousands of agents worldwide. Keller Williams promotes a culture of mutual support and teamwork, both within individual offices and throughout the global network. At Keller Williams, I have completed the BOLD (Business Objective: a Life by Design) training, a Transformation and Conditioning program that encourages bold thinking and actions, completely redefining one's mindset, life, and ability to generate income. With this program, I was able to effectively dedicate myself to my clients, achieving the established goals and moving from being a Rookie in 2019 during my first transaction. I am part of the Hall of Fame CAPPERS, an exclusive group of Top Producers at Keller Williams, where consultants enjoy the highest commission allocation, making it one of the most coveted annual goals. We oversee the entire real estate transaction process, providing security to the client, with whom we jointly define the strategy to achieve the desired outcome. I believe that in life we need three things: consistency, discipline, and luck. I work daily with these pillars, considering that it is not just about selling houses but about finding solutions that best fit each client. And all our transactions follow the WIN-WIN philosophy, a sine qua non condition, as all parties must be satisfied.
